The room was beautifully maintained, spotless and complete with clean sheets, a very comfortable bed. A shower, a bidet, and bath sheets was a plus. It was in a strategic location by restaurants etc. All the employees were affable and excellent.

This place was a great spot to stay for my trip, I had a comfortable double room with climate control and TV, the staff members were really polite and friendly, and it's conveniently located within a mall.

The location is excellent, right by a mall, lot of cafes/restaurants, and the airport, with easy access to a shopping center and many other shops.

My stay at Hotel Ec Kip Sentral Klia 1 - Klia 2 was fantastic! The staff made me feel incredibly welcome and the hotel's location was perfect. There were so many great eateries within a short walk, and even though I arrived late at night, I was still able to find a delicious meal. The hotel's shuttle service was also very convenient, especially since it was so close to the airport.

While the room didn't have any toiletries, it was still clean and comfortable. The lack of a window made it a bit cramped, but for a short visit, it was cozy enough.
